Work Place Policy

Welcome to Consultant Rana! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. 

We have laid some Work Place policy for the benefit of the company and project.


Please read them carefully before using our website.

1. Work Hours & Availability

  • I typically work everyday between 9 AM to 6 PM of GMT 5:30 time zone.  
  • Communication outside these hours will be addressed during the next business day.
  • Meetings or calls will be scheduled in advance.

2. Communication

  • Primary communication will be through WhatsApp, Email and Skype.
  • I aim to respond to messages within 12 Hours.
  • Project updates will be shared regularly basis on weekly/daily depending on the task.

3. Project Scope & Revisions

  • Each project will have a clear scope agreed upon before work begins.
  • Minor revisions are included (up to [X rounds]), while additional changes may require a new agreement.

4. Turnaround Time

  • Delivery timelines depend on project size and complexity.
  • All deadlines will be confirmed in writing before the project starts.

5. Confidentiality

  • All client data, files, and business information will remain private and confidential.
  • For Consultant Rana, safeguarding data privacy is paramount, which is why a Non Disclosure Agreement will be offered to you. 

6. Payment Terms

  • Payments are due upon milestone or project completion, as agreed in advance.
  • Late payments may result in project delays.
  • We will release the free giveaways only after receiving your payment.
  • Advance payment is applicable in website management service.

7. Professional Conduct

  • I am committed to professionalism, timely delivery, and open communication.
  • Respect and clear collaboration are expected on both sides.
